All financial transactions on Beast Spin are considered final. Due to the nature of real-money gameplay, most deposits and in-app transactions cannot be reversed once completed.

2. Deposit Refunds

Refunds for deposits are generally not allowed. However, exceptions may apply in the following cases:

• Duplicate transactions due to system error
• Payment processed but wallet not credited
• Technical issues confirmed by our system

All such requests must be submitted within 24 hours.

3. Withdrawal Cancellation

• Withdrawal requests can be canceled within 1 hour (if not processed)
• Once processed, cancellation is not possible
• Wrong UPI or bank details are user responsibility

4. Processing Time

Refunds or reversals (if approved) may take:

• Instant to wallet (internal reversal)
• 5–10 business days (bank refunds)

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Referral earnings

6. Fraud & Abuse

Accounts involved in fraud, multiple accounts, or misuse will not receive refunds.

7. Payment Partners

Payments are processed via third-party providers. Beast Spin is not responsible for delays or errors caused by banks or payment gateways.

8. Taxes & Charges

Any applicable taxes or fees are the responsibility of the user.
